RemoteUSD provides an online digital job discovery, aggregation, and AI matching software platform. Services include access to verified remote USD job listings, organic recruiter feed hunter tools, AI cover letter generation, and paid employer job posting syndication.

3. User Accounts and Verification

To access full platform features, users must create an account using valid credentials (email with 6-digit OTP verification or Google OAuth). You are responsible for safeguarding your account access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Digital Fulfillment

Paid digital products on RemoteUSD include Pro Candidate Subscriptions ($14.99/month or $99/year) and Featured Employer Job Posts ($149).

Digital Fulfillment: Access to digital features (unlisted recruiter contacts, AI cover letter generator, Pro badges, and pinned job listings) is activated immediately upon successful checkout.

Payments are processed securely through certified Merchant of Record payment partners (such as Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, or Stripe) with strict PCI-DSS compliance and 3D Secure fraud protection.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account dashboard. We offer a 14-day satisfaction refund policy for new subscriptions. For complete details, please see our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Use automated bots or scrapers to overwhelm the platform.
• Post deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, or scam employment opportunities.
• Attempt to bypass authentication gates or payment processing systems.
• Harass or spam hiring managers or candidates contacted through the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

RemoteUSD is not an employer or staffing agency. We do not guarantee employment, interview invitations, or specific hiring results. The platform and digital tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
